What the product stores
Saved discoveries, suites, synthesis outputs, and MVP plans may be stored so users can return to their venture pipeline and collaborate where their plan allows.

How we limit tracking
Operational telemetry avoids personally identifying information and uses anonymized identifiers where behavioral signals are needed for reliability or usage analytics.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Subscription and payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
Usage information. We collect information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, discovery queries, synthesis requests, and suite operations. This information is associated with your account.
Research content. Any discoveries, suites, synthesis outputs, MVP plans, annotations, or other content you create or save within the product is stored and associated with your account.
Technical information. We collect browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, and request timestamps for operational security and performance monitoring.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service
- Enforce plan limits and access controls
- Respond to support requests and communications
- Monitor for abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Generate aggregate, anonymized analytics about platform usage
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers. Third-party vendors who provide infrastructure, authentication, database, AI model access, and payment processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, we may disclose information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention
We retain your account information and stored content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and stored content within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
Usage logs and technical information may be retained for up to 12 months for security and performance analysis before being anonymized or deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal information
- Request transfer of your data to another service
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
