The Evidence Graph Goes Production
Every meaningful evolution happens quietly before it scales. When we set out to build this platform, our goal wasn't just to add features, but to build an ecosystem that scales elegantly alongside your daily workflows. Today's updates represent a significant milestone toward that seamless future.

The Evidence Graph Goes Production
MetaBrain, MetaForge, Research Executor, and SourceScout scoring runs now persist full evaluation traces: prompt version, provider/model path, deterministic input digest, fallback state, sources, output/failure summaries, and eval status—all linked transactionally to the workflow registry. The owner-admin API and MetaForge panel expose real registry/run evidence with explicit empty and error states.
Production Pilot Evidence
Our Phase 4 local pilot is now production-grade. Authentic desktop and mobile checks pass with zero invention mutation. Route performance meets original SLAs. Protected responses can no longer be mislabeled as benchmark passes. Saved searches, watchlists, feedback, activation events, and agent-evidence paths are all verified against real data.
Pilot Readiness now handles legacy text-typed scrape timestamps without warnings. Two explicit external blockers were identified and documented: one preview run lacked Vercel secrets, another was rejected for an invalid token. No deployment or promotion occurred until resolved.
The Complete Discovery Loop
We've closed the loop from discovery to brief. Production retrieval evidence flows into owner-scoped saved searches and watchlists, which generate deterministic persisted opportunity briefs with Markdown export, attributed feedback, and idempotent value activation events. A full Playwright workflow verifies the real backfilled Evidence Graph and historical score contributions through the workspace interface—without any display fixtures or API interception.
Capital Workspace Goes Live
The Capital workspace now shows honest investor and accelerator empty states, renders real funding sources, and supports persisted watch actions. Every retired route redirects cleanly to its canonical successor. Authenticated tests verify the real Capital detail route without creating or deleting inventions.
Systemic Risk & Discovery Breadth
We've added Discovery Breadth as a separately persisted NOVA companion metric—with nine bounded components, explicit weighted coverage/confidence, and typed score explanations. Systemic Risk now covers eleven categories (insufficient evidence, contradictory evidence, identified risk, verified failure) with evidence-linked graph nodes and reason-required mitigation updates.
The Product Loop
MetaForge's authorization, build, test, and release transitions now maintain product outcome and evidence fields. A bounded owner-admin API and real-data panel trace signal/source evidence, human authorization, branch/worktree, tests, PR/merge, outcome, and explicit gaps.
AI Resilience
Our AI SDK v3 streaming adapter for GitHub Models includes split-chunk SSE parsing, metadata, usage reporting, finish reasons, cancellation support, request timeouts, and half-open circuit-breaker probes. Failures are classified and reported with low-cardinality metrics—never silently swallowed.
Observability Everywhere
Structured logging and metrics now cover graph failures, unsupported relationships, receipt outcomes, stale evidence, blocked lifecycle transitions, Breadth coverage/duration, task retries/decomposition, plan repair, risk generation, and human overrides. A stable /api/health endpoint gives you real-time visibility into system status.
Controlled Research Planning
Research plans are now owner-scoped, versioned, and durable. Each plan enforces completed dependencies, approvals, cancellation, and SKIP LOCKED task claiming. Input-bound skills create real Evidence Graph source nodes and persist execution/evidence digests without invalidating independent successful tasks.
Invention Preservation Guaranteed
Every migration includes an invention-preservation invariant and non-destructive rollback. Across 1,559 inventions, identity and checksums remain unchanged through every live database migration—from portfolio metrics to audit budgets to decision envelopes.
